seminar? </b> </font>

think, government contractors grant the federal government "unlimited" rights
to valuable corporate technology. Often this happens because contractor executives:

and negotiate a fair allocation of technical data and software rights at the

marking data, retaining evidence, and providing notice to the government,
along with methods for institutionalizing these critical processes. </font>

misuse of proprietary information.</font>
