Sorry, the number of arguments to ZMakeAscii() changed recently (back
to what it was before the second beta), and I forgot that the change
affected bdump.c.

Doesn't matter in this case, since there's a prototype for
ZMakeAscii() that will cause gcc to fail with or without -Wall.
