Minor installation problem with zephyr-2.0beta

Hi,
I noticed that
make install
seems to pass the install program the option '-c' twice. This was ok
when i installed on SunOs 4.1.3_u1, but not on OSF/1 2.1 where
installbsd complains about being passed '-c' twice.
I would paste in some examples of this, but i appear to have lost them. I
suspect it's a trivial one to solve.
I think this snippet demonstrates why it happens...
neptune$ fgrep INSTALL Makefile
INSTALL=/usr/bin/installbsd -c
$(INSTALL) -m 644 -c $(srcdir)/h/zephyr/mit-copyright.h \
$(INSTALL) -m 644 -c h/zephyr/zephyr.h $(includedir)/zephyr
$(INSTALL) -m 644 -c h/zephyr/zephyr_err.h $(includedir)/zephyr
