Greetings!
I am Dr. Doddy Uzama, I greet you in the name of the Almighty and write to
you seeking your understanding and support to this mutual business interest.
This letter is strictly personal, intimate and confidential. Forgive this
unusual manner of contacting you, but this particular letter is of exceptional

united states dollars).

I need some one like you because I do not have a foreign account of my own,
and our civil service code forbids us, civil servants from having or owning
foreign accounts of any sort. This is why I want you to assist me in doing
this.
Also, there is the need for you to know that, we shall be obtaining from
the right offices and sending you, all the necessary papers and certificates
that will be requested of you by the apex bank, to approving of the payment
as proceeds for contract already executed.
We shall register your business name here with our corporate affairs register
and obtain a back dated certificate, showing the existence of the company
as at when the said contract was awarded, and other contract papers suggesting
that the said company did execute the said contract. I will give you sufficient
details of the transfer modalities subsequently.
You will certainly ask yourself how consequential this letter is. Indeed,
is it not surprising to receive such a letter seeking immediate assistance?
This is why today I am making you a non-binding , unrestricted offer, to
bring us close into mutual understanding and cooperation now, and in the
near future.
