Depends what you mean by "active group". There is at least
one person who has been working on improving the zephyr server
this summer. And there are a lot of us who would like to do
a complete redesign/re-implementation as well!
The most recent release of zephyr is available via anonymous
ftp from athena-dist.mit.edu. I believe it is PL4, but I'm
not sure about that.
