Wow. It looks like you have *really* old zephyr sources.
Also, zbrowser is not a supported application. It was written as a
proof of concept, back in 1988 or 89, but is not guaranteed to work
anymore (I think it might have worked once, with X11R2 or something
like that).
I would highly encourage you to obtain a newer version of zephyr. I
believe you can get it via anonymous ftp:
ftp://athena-dist.mit.edu/pub/zephyr/dist/zephyr.src.snap.8.31.tar.Z
Although it is not the most recent version, it has a number of bug
fixes over the version that you currently have.
