=0D

I am Mr. Ming Yang, Director of Opera=
tions of the Hang Seng Bank Ltd, Hong Kong. I hereby present to you a&=
nbsp;highly benefitial business proposal, which i beleive will be of m=
utual benefit to both of us.
=0D

Before the U.S and Iraq war in 2003, =
our client, Gen. Aadel Akgaal Bastaan who was in the Iraqi Army and al=
so a businessman, made a numbered fixed deposit for 18 calendar months=
, with value of Twenty Four million, Five Hundred Thousand United States Do=
llars (US$24,500,000.00) only, in my branch. Upon maturity several notices =
were sent to him, even during the war.
=0D

     After the war, several notificat=
ions were also sent and still no response came from him. It was&n=
bsp;later found out that the General, along with his wife and only daughter=
had been killed during the war, in a bomb blast that hit their home. After=
further investigations it was also discovered that Gen. Aadel Akgaal Basta=
an did not declare any next of kin in his official documents, includin=
g the paper work of his bank deposit as he intended to make it secret. And =
he also confided in me the last time he was at my office that no one except=
me knew of his deposit in my bank. So, Twenty Four million, Five Hundred T=
housand United State Dollars (US$24,500,000.00) is still lying dormant in m=
y bank and no one will ever come forward to claim it.
=0D

     The most disturbing aspect =
is that, according to the laws of my country, which states that at the=
expiration of 5 years such unclaimed funds will be reverted to the ownersh=
ip of the Hong Kong Government if nobody applies to claim the funds.
Against this backdrop, my suggestion to you is tha=
t I will like you, as a foreigner to stand as the next of kin to Gen. Aadel=
Akgaal Bastaan, so that you will be able to claim the funds.

=0D

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU:
I want you to know that I have had everything =
planned out so that the funds can be claimed successfully. I have an attorn=
ey on standby that will prepare the necessary documents that will back=
you up as the next of kin to Gen. Aadel Akgaal Bastaan. All that is requir=
ed of you, is for you to agree to stand as the next of kin to Gen=
. Aadel Akgaal Bastaan, by sending a reply mail to my private mail box=
( <A href=3D"mailto:mingyang203@yahoo.com.hk">m=
ingyang203@yahoo.com.hk ) stating your interest in this sub=
ject matter and you will be forwarded a Personal Data form which will =
be used in preparing all vital documents for the transfer of the funds=
and affidavit of next of kin.
=0D

After you have been made the next of =
kin, the attorney will also file in for claims on your behalf and secure th=
e necessary approval and letter of probate in your favour for the tran=
sfer of the funds to an account of your choice.
=0D

There is no risk involved at all in t=
his matter, as we are going to adopt all legal procedures and the attorney =
will prepare all the necessary legal documents which will all be forwarded =
to you for clarification.
=0D

     Please endeavour to observe utmost&nb=
sp;confidentiality in all matters concerning this issue.
HERE IS THE BARGAIN:
=0D

Once the funds have been transfered t=
o your desired bank account we shall then share in the ratio of 30:70.=
That is, 30% for you while 70% for me. Remember that the attorney is a ful=
l member of this deal, so , his share is still within the 70%.</STRONG=
>
=0D

Note: All steps and procedures concerning this deal wil=
l be forwarded to you at each stage of this transaction including scanned c=
opies of all documents.
=0D

=0D

=0D

Your earliest response to this letter will be greatly apprecia=
ted as it will mark the beginning of a mutually beneficial business opportu=
