followup remark on installing zephyr at MIT LCS

Since we run Kerberos here, but not Hesiod, we modified zhm such that it
will look for ZEPHYR-0 through ZEPHYR-9 in the local domain if no host
is given; we frob the code to avoid trying to resolve the names until
after we detach, in case any of the names are undefined locally and might
cause lookup delays. "zctl new_server" will thus cycle through them.
