Although zephyr does not seem unduly hosed at the moment, I keep getting
this error when trying to do a "zctl ret":
zctl (retrieve): Connection timed out retrieving subscriptions
This happens with all three Zephyr servers. (I cycled through them with
zctl new_server.)
