FROM:The Desk of Dr. Abdul Sule(NNPC)
Dear Sir,
I am Dr. Abdul Sule, the chairman, Contract Award and
Monitoring Committee of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).My
committee is charged with the responsibility of awarding and
monitoring executed contract projects and make recommendations for payment.
With trust and confidence I want to intimate you with a
business opportunity, which I know, will be of great benefit to both of us
and also would enhance our status and relationship in future.
I want to let you know that I have US$20.5M, which required
urgent evacuation into a foreign account for safe keeping and investment
purposes.
This money came from an inflated quotation and over-invoiced contract awarded
by my committee to a foreign company. My colleagues
and I purposely over-invoiced the actual amount to US$20.5M so as to
accommodate or take care of our selves when we retired from active service.
The contract has been executed and payment has been made to
the company that did the project and yet this US$20.5M surplus is still
under my custody. This money is assumed to have been spent but not
remitted to the rightful beneficiary, and as a civil servant, I cannot
own a foreign account or have such amount of money in my account here in
Nigeria because I cannot defend or prove the source of it.
In this situation, I and my colleagues decided to look for
a foreigner who we will use his name as the beneficiary contractor and
claim this money legally. The person will act as one of the contractor
with (NNPC) and we will now transfer the money into the person?s bank
account in a kind of contract payment.
NOTE:this business will be baked-up with authentic and
legal documents, hence have no risk but required utmost secret. We have perfected
every necessary arrangement at the Central Bank of Nigeria,(CBN) and other
Government Agencies involved to ensure a smooth and successful transaction
within 2 weeks upon receipt of your acceptance.
If you are interested, contact me as quickly as possible
through my Emailaddress:abdulsule@elvis.com and then send
me Your private Tel and Fax number and privete email
address then i will let know the percentage i will offer
you as your reward for assisting me.
Looking forward to hearing from you soonest.
Yours faithfully,
Dr. Abdul Sule
