On further investigatio,I found out that he did not leave a will and attempts too trace his next of kin were fruitless there is know next kin nor will. The sun of US11,500,000,00 is sill sitting in the bank and the interest is being rolled over with the principal sun at the end of each year.
According to the Nigeria law, at the expiration of 6(six) years the money will revert to the ownership of the Nigeria Government if nobody applies to claim the funds. Consequently, my proposal is that I will like you as foreigner to stand in as the next of kin to MR. BARRY K. so that the fruits of this old man labour will not get into the hands of some corrupt officials in the Nigerian Government.

We shall employ the services of an attorney for drafting and notarization of a will and obtain the necessary documents and letter of probate/administration in your favour for the transfer to the account you provide.
