other expenses while in Europe. Upon her death, I immediately deposited
the money in my possession with a Finance/Security Company after her
medical bills has been settled. I have contacted you to assist me claim
this Fund deposited with the finance/Security Company on my behalf
because as a civil servant and a top government official, the code of
conducts prohibits us from operating foreign bank account.
You will invest, manage the fund and the proceed there from until I retire
from public service.

nobody is aware of the money in my possession. It took me a little long to
contact you because, I was waiting for my boss complete burial to take
place and submitt every records of her expendictures through the years
