I am the accountant general of the Federal Ministry of Finance, I want to negotiate a business with you. The Biafra flag has been hoisted in the United States of America (U.S.A.) on the 18th of October 2003 and we would celebrate it here in Nigeria on 2nd February 2004.
A Nigerian man in the name of Chief Pius C.M., the director NNPC, duped the company on 10th February 2003 with a Romanian man called Mr. Adrian Popa and carted away with Seven Hundred and Fifty Million United States Dollars (US$750,000,000.00) of which they are currently flourishing in London. This enormous loss lead the President Olusegun Obasanjo to contest for a second term of which he failed and later bought the seat with money of which he started to embezzle Federal Government funds again.
The Federal Government of Nigeria budgeted that every contract payment that is long overdue for the past 10yrs must be paid before the hoisting of the Biafra flag and before Biafra will be liberated from Nigeria.
The Federal Ministry of Finance has realized the sum of Four Hundred and Seven Million United States Dollars (US$407,000,000.00) to offset the contract payments and right now I am looking for a way to escape with the money and also some millions of dollars which I secured from awarded contracts executed 2yrs ago.
Hence I am contacting you to co-operate with me in this business, I have spent well over US$42,000,000.00 to bribe officials and for shifting of the money through the Chief Security Officer (C.S.O.) of the Central Bank of Nigeria (C.B.N.) through the Federal Courier Service Company (FCSC). So what I need from you now for us to start this transaction is, your private telephone number, your country home addresses and a copy of your international passport.
As soon as I receive these information from you, I will forward it to the Federal Courier Service Company (FCSC), Sea & Air Diplomat Agents, that will take control of delivering this money directly to your doorstep in your country. Only what I need from you is your honest co-operation and sincerity to see this business through.
We would share the money as thus; 50% goes to me and 40% goes to you and 10% will be mapped out to settle expenses that will be incurred before the final conclusion of this transaction.
