Investment Proposal
I am Mr. Mike OKoro, I got to know you courtesy of international business
bureau, in Lagos, Nigeria, sequel to my zeal towards foreign investment and
also security for my life and possession. In view of this, I hereby write to
give you breakdown of this proposal.
I am the Chief Finance Director of STELLA OBASANJO CHILD CARE FOUNDATION
(SOCCF) . The late First Lady Chief Mrs Stella Obasanjo pet project
foundation, who died in a Spanish Hospital two months ago after an
unsuccessful surgery operation. The late wife Chief OLUSEGUN OBASANJO,
PRESIDENT OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA
However, before her sudden death, a huge sum of $12,000,000.00 (twelve
Million United States Dollars) only was approved for the purchase of Health
Care Products--- such as Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) and HIV
vacines. This was tobe distributed to hospitals designated for AIDS vaccine
supplimentary centres across the states of the Federation, Nigeria.
Especially, for the less--privileged children, widows and orphanage homes
who are infeceted with this deadly scourge but cannot afford the cost of
buying these drugs. In view of the foregoings, I want to present you or your
company with your bank information to raise appraisal letter of payment
aproval documents for the remittance of this $12MILLION in your favour. This
will present you that you have rendered this vaccine supplies to the STELLA
OBASANJO CHILD CARE FOUNDATION (SOCCF) before her death. This Foundation
(SOCCF) bank operative account is with INTERCONTINENTAL BANK PLC Head
Quarters, Lagos,Nigeria. The bank will therefore after i have submitted your
name or company with appraisal letter of credit from this foundation,
approve this payment in your favour and subsequently transfer the fund into
your account. Note : it does not mater if you or your company is a
pharmaceutical company or not in regard to the vaccine supplies and its
claims for this payment.
Be advised upon the money being transferred to your account, myself and the
accountant of the foundation will travel to your country for the
disbursement of the $12MILLION amongst ourselves involved. For your ongoing
render of assistance / services, a suitably 30% will be mapped out for you
on completion of this transaction, 65% for myself and the accountant while
5% has will be mapped out to offset and /or repay you and us when we arrive
in your country to share the money. For whatever expenses we shall spend
during the processing of this remittance before the officials.offices
concerned.
