Yes.  If you have access to afs, you can get it from
/afs/athena.mit.edu/astaff/project/zephyr/src.  That's the development
tree.  More stable sources (snapshotted over the summer) are in
/afs/rel-eng/project/release/current/source/athena/athena.lib/zephyr.

In the first case, you'll be getting a not-quite-fully-tested server.
In the second case, you're better off using the server from
export.lcs.mit.edu.  This server will work in any case; the protocol
hasn't changed.  The new server will be more robust and smaller.

If you don't have access to afs, someone can probably put a copy up
for ftp somewhere.  I imagine that when the new server is stable, a
new tar file will be made available and announced to the world.  Lucien?
