You are cautioned to stop further transaction with the above listed office,
else you could fall victim, or be exploited by the several corrupt Nigeria
officials home or abroad.
In a swift crusade towards the enforcement of your fund without those
problem that characterized the past this office has advised that,you must
stop further transaction with these corrupt Nigeria officials /banks
otherwise you could be charged along with them for Economic and financial
crimes.
However upon assumption of office by this democratically elected government,
series of special meeting were held home and abroad with some leaders of the
world financial institutions E.G world Bank Group- Paris and London Club of
creditors European Economic community (EEC) and envoys of our correspondence
International bank of settlement worldwide affiliated with central bank of
Nigeria (CBN) The purpose of this special meetings was :
(1) Rebuild Nigeria economy.
(2) Pay all foreign debts.
(3) For immediate wire transfer of funds to foreigners abroad.
This civilian regime is out to pay every foreign contractors/individuals
that executed contract with the federal Government of Nigeria, which has not
be been paid, this is to redeem the Image of our country that has been
dented in the sight of the world by some unscrupulous elements.
Based on this my office has decided to communicate with all foreign
contractors/individuals that their payment is still outstanding as at this
date should stop every communication with any bank officials,
parastatals or group of people you have been dealing with in the past, as we
are to direct you to secure your fund.
This is to show the world democracy and transparency government by this
democratic government and give foreign contractors/individuals 100%
assurance that in five working days your payment will be effected to your
nominated bank account.
Based on this the government has inaugurated the foreign contract payment
panel (FCPP) under the full guidance of the presidency who is to check the
progress of these payment and make sure that every contractor/individual
receives his or her fund within five working days as soon as you have
contacted the foreign contract payment panel as they have been empowered by
the federal president on payment previously approved by the past
Regimes/administration that has not been paid.
Note: your payment will be wired transfer to you only when the office of the
presidency has Indemnified you.
Finally you are strongly advised for the interest of your own person/firm to
contact me for the Immediate release of your fund, as i am standby to
attend to you please, you are advised to comply within as to enable me work
with you and release your payment within the stipulated time frame.
On behalf of this democratic government, l apologies for any delay and
disappointment you might have encountered in receiving your money in the
past.
