I'm sorry, has no one gotten back to you yet?
I had thought that the XawMisc.h file was part of the standard X11R3
distribution, but it wouldn't be surprising if we were using some
post-R3 additions. The header file is short, so I will just include
it below. Good luck with the rest of the installation, and I'm sorry
we took so long to get back to you. Please let us know if you have
further problems.

P.S. Have your postmaster check your configuration; the mail I saw
had a "from" field of "mohan@nemesis.mit.edu", which usually implies
that the sending host didn't supply a domain name (which I think it is
supposed to do), and MIT's mailer tacked one on. Since the archive
system the bug list goes to doesn't currently keep the "received"
lines of the mail header (which I need to fix someday), your saying
"we at Stanford" was the only way I knew how to get mail back to you.
