I am Senator Patrick Osakwe in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Committee Chairman on Local and Foreign Payment.
When the present administration came in the second time, my committee was asked to investigate all the Ministries and Parastatal and their Foreign Accounts to ascertain if they have embezzled Public Funds. In the course of my job, we found out that these people have deposited a large sum of money with some security companies abroad and some banks and these monies have been forgotten by the government. Some of the people that deposited some of this money are dead.
I now went to negotiate with some of the Security Companies and banks asked me to come and withdraw the money that they do not want any problem with the government of Nigeria. So, I now decided to take the money myself to a safe place. Right now I need a partner that can handle this deal with me. My postion in Nigeria, I am not supposed to have a foreign account. I need somebody or a company that can work with me and stand on my behalf to take the money to his account.
If you are ready to do this with me, I will give you the documents that concern the deposit and the ownership will be change into your name or your company. The first money we want to pull out is Two Hundred and Fifty Million ($250,000,000.00) US dollars. We have more than this, but we have to handle this first deal first. For your effort, we will give you 30%, then 65% for me and my men, 5% for the expenses that you will incur or I will incur in the course of this transaction. And when this money goes into your account, we will not take out our shares from your account immediately, we will leave it for sometime in your care. We would invest into Oil Servicing Business or any other business you feel is lucrative advise us.
