As a result of this conflicts the (O.A.U)Members country had to intervene and demanded for a free and fair Election in order to maintain Peace and Stability in the country and to protect Democracy and this brought about every interested Citizen to be involve in one way or the other in Politics,my father was convince to join the opposition part, which is the United Togolese Party(UP)As a result of what my father notice and observe that there's going to be a task ahead he decided to move myself and my mother to neighbouring country Ghana for security reseason,and he introduce us to our family lawyer for him to take us to a place that he know that will be safe for us until the Election will be over,it was then my father had to make it clear to us that he Deposited the sum of ($19,000,000,00 US Dllars) Nineteen Million US Dollars in the Treasury Department for Onward Transfer in(I C B) International Commercial Bank Takoradi Branch here in Ghana 2EMy father said he made me the next of kin(Beneficiary)and the mony was said to be payment of his Foriegn Business Partner Abroad.
After the introduction my father had to go back to Togo to continue his assignment with his Political members,barely two weeks to the Election news came that killing was going on in the country(Togo) by some under ground men and as result of that my father sent a message to us that we should find a hide out that he will be with us,only for us to later here from a source that my Dad was murdered by some unknown Soldiers with others,hence we are negotiating for this transfer because it was reveal to us that we should travel Abraod because we can be kidnapp.
But presently we want you to help us Receive this Funds as our Foreign Business Partner, we need you to stand for us before the Bank as the new Beneficiary of this money. I will be very much pleased if you can help us ,We will go and obtain the change of ownership and power of attorney document to your name from the High Court of Justice in Ghana.And we will want you to also sign agreement with us so that we can trust you and be sure you will accept to assist me my mother which you will assist both of us invest the money in your country while the arrangement will be made for us to come to join you in your country.With this Documents obtain and sign by me Johnson Asore as the next of kin to this fund in the High Court of Justice in Ghana, the Bank will release this money to you, without any questioning, because my late Fahter signed agreement that the money is a contract payment for his foreign business partner. You will tell the Bank officials you want the !
