		<font color="#FF0066">1,上网的人当中,懒人和笨人比较多,他们只会跟风点击一些草根娱乐新闻,不会主动宣传自己..<br>
		2,缺乏宣传手段和资源,有力使不出..<br>
		3,上网的人大多对赚钱没兴趣,因为他们本身很有钱..</font></p>
		<p><font color="#0044AA">因此,我设想每个会员投入105元(这是SOHO网的入会费用,入会后会得到一个个人网站和代理资源)后起码会设法发展3个或4个会员(30*3=90,4*30=120),这样基本可以收回投入成本.</font></p>
