20 minutes ago, Zephyr was performing badly - timeouts on zlocate,
znol, and 2 of the Zephyrservers (not neskaya, the other two) showed
as "SERV_TARDY". Now, and for at least the last 5 minutes, zstat says
looking for new server, with no response from either neskaya or
b11zephyr. Zephyr is thus effectively dead.
neskaya and b11zephyr still ping, though.
