I am Mr. Davis Okome. I am a bank superintendent of Oceanic Bank Plc. What I did was transfer the money in his account to a new account in another bank with me as the only signatory. None of our staff knows about it. Now I want to invest the money into aeronautical venture with aeronautical products. This is an area I am not interested in, that is why I am sending you this fax message in order to seek your consent.
