I am the chairman of the contract award committee, federal ministry of petroleum
resources of? Nigeria. I am am contacting you to assist us in the transfer of
the sum of? THIRTY EIGHT MILLION,FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND UNITED STATES DOLLARS
($38.5M USD) into your custody and subsequently invest in properties in your
