There's a user who entered a question into OLC (chia) , who after using
'zctl flush_locs' several times, still shows up as logged in at
e40-008-6. Well, he's not logged in, doesn't have any processes running
on the machine, and isn't in /etc/passwd... I can't think of any good
reason why he hasn't been flushed yet. Can this be done manually?
