Easily, if there were a moderately large number of people logged in.
Think about the number of packets it would have received, and the
amount of memory it would have had to use to retain packets until
acknowledgements were received. Possibly related to these, neskaya's
kernel ran out of mbufs and soon crashed, that evening.
A class "operations" message is still the best way to toast a Zephyr
server; this won't really change significantly if/when the new one
gets installed.
