<td background="http://www.cx360.com/qyqm/images/main_q_1.gif"><p align="center"> 随着市场经济的深入发展，信用制度的缺失已经成为社会发展阻碍，为此，十六届三中全会确定了“建立健全社会信用体系”的方针政策，国务院作出了要在五年内建立起我国社会信用体系基本框架和运行机制的统一部署，并由此带动了全国各行业和各地方掀起信用建设的热潮。 <BR>
企业作为经济活动的重要参与者，信用的缺失已对经济造成巨大的影响，据估算，我国每年由于信用问题造成的损失高达6,000多亿元人民币。其中主要包括3个方面的信用损失：企业每年赖账1,800亿，假冒伪劣造成的损失2,000亿，三角债2,000亿。按照我国一年GDP新增的产值约7,000亿计算，6,000亿信用损失差不多相当于我国每年新增的产值。欣喜的是，越来越多的企业意识到诚信其实是企业最大精明，而不是负担，只有重信守诺、诚实经营，企业才能永续发展，才能打造长盛不衰的百年老店。 <BR>
在有关部门和相关单位的支持下，我们组织发起“诚信经营公约签名”公益活动，希望通过签名活动，唤起企业诚信意识，规范企业的经营活动，促进社会信用体系的建设。<br><img src="http://www.cx360.com/qyqm/images/wyqmmm.gif" width="130" height="78" border="0" usemap="#Map"></p></td>
