I know you will be surprised to receive this letter.I am James Mandy, a final year student of Arts in the University of Liberia Born in the 25th April 1975 , I am the only Son of General.Simon Mandy who was killed during a bloody shoot-out between
the rebels and the Government forces in Liberia that almost took the lives of 24 cols and Generals.My Mother is from Congo.I got your contact through the Internet regarding your country's political stability and as such I decided to ask for your assistance on investing the total sum of $ 26.5 Million (Twenty Six Million Five Hundred Thousand USD) into a viable business in your country or any other country where you feel will be viable and safe.I will prefer a joint venture in a business that you already have very good experience. anything tomorrow please do take care of your Mother and your Sister and also make sure they do not lack anything,Look for a viable business outside Africa where you can invest the funds to enable you take care of your mother and sister. Do not let any family friends or members know about this deposit ".
From the above,you will understand that the lives and the future of my family depends entirely on this money, as such, I will be very
grateful if you can sincerely assist me. I am now leaving in Nigeria with my mother and sister as Political Asylum Seekers, and the Financial laws of
the Republic of Nigeria do not allow Asylum Seekers certain Financial rights to such huge amount of money. In view of this, I cannot invest this money here because I am not a citizen , hence my asking you to assist me transfer this money out from where it is deposited to your nominated account which must be your own personal or any Account overseas for the investment purposes.
