As top Civil Servants, We are not authorised to operate Foreign Bank Account and this is why we want to use your bank Account to transfer this money outside Nigeria. We have accepted you as our Foreign Parnter and will regularise the approvals to reflect you as the true beneficiary under the Contract.<BR>You (or your company) shall be compensated with 30% from the total sum, !
10% shall be used for the reimbursement of all expenses that will be incurred by both parties during the course of this financial transaction.The remaining 60% shall be for I and my collegues for investment purposes.<BR>I have all necessary Legal Documents that can be used to back up any claim required. All I require is your honest cooperation to enable us see this deal through. I guarantee that this will be executed under a legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any breach of the law. </P>
