Dear Sir,
My name is Garba M. Idris, I worked with the Nigeria Ministry of Works Housing and Contract.
There's a left over payment sum of $30 Million waiting for a foreign company to receive from Nigeria Ports Authority (N.P.A) but because the company boss is late, and the contract warded has been completed and nobody is coming to claim the balance $30 Million, the Nigeria Ports Authority put the $30 Million unclaimed.
Actual I want you and i to claim the contract fund, since I have in my hand the payment mode of agreement which late Mr. Pitza Haner signed with (N.P.A) and any one with this certificate has the right to claim the contract fund.
The real truth is Nigeria citizen can not claim the said contract fund because of the mode of payment agreement the late contractor signed with (NPA) it is only a foreign partner like you can claim the contract fund; with this mode of payment; of which I believe the bank may have their own copy of the mode of payment, now what we need is approval from the (N.P.A) notifying the bank to transfer the fund into your bank account which you will forward to the bank.
If you accept to claim this contract fund with me, I will like to share the total amount with you on the basic of 50% 50%, I will send my working ID card and my passport, plus two documents regarding to the transaction, if i receive your positive respond anyway as for now I will keep secret the name of the paying bank also I will keep secret the contact of manager director Nigeria Ports Authority, till I hear from you.
I believe that my little explanation will make you understand what I am saying, I wait to hear from you urgently, so that we can claim the contract fund within two weeks of receiving approval from (NPA).
Please while replying you can as well give me your telephone number and your passport and picture, so that I can know you better. Please take note, keep this transaction top secret till we claim the contract fund, nobody knows about this transaction, it is only you and I knows about the deal, so keep your mouth shut till the contract fund is transferred into your bank account, by then i will come over to your country for the sharing.
