Greetings!
I am contacting you with a proposal to investment in your country. I have been in the oil business for a long time but I have other private business establishments here in Syria. The political instability in our country is no longer news. The situation has gotten worse with the involvement of ISIS militants. Businesses across the country are presently experiencing a compulsory break and economic activities are almost shut down. I have concluded plans of leaving Syria with my family any time soon. I am looking forward to setting up a business portfolio internationally. After my research I became interested in your country due to its investment policies which I believe is fair enough and friendly to foreign investors, this is why I am in search of a competent person in your region that can handle my investments. I want us to build trust and confidence that will be required for us to Proceed with the investment.
I have intentions of investing in Real Estate and Manufacturing. I could invest in the company as a shareholder, or we may set up a separate Joint Venture company. If you consider my ideas to be viable and profitable in the company, or you have other ideas to recommend, please advise so we may have a particular focus and proceed with every other formality for the investment accomplishment. Also I will like to know if you can handle my investment in the company, I want to get your own ideas as to what is best for us and my investment as I am interested in making profits. I will welcome your advice and recommendations in having a good investment in the company that will bring us good dividends.
I look forward to direct partnership with you to manage my proposed investment in your country. Your experience and good understanding of the business environment will be an added advantage. The current situation in my country warrants that I leave with my family. I am hoping that all arrangement regarding the investment including the transfer of required funds can be finalised on time.
I will be expecting to hear from you soon with you recommendations and response to my proposition for investment in your country.
