TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I write to inform you that this mail is highly confidential and its also 100% risk free if only you can trust in me so that we can do this transaction / deal with one mind and one love as my mind has directed me to contact you this day.

I am the Chairman of the Board of Directors of credit suisse group AG and credit suisse AG Bank and i am very sure you should be aware of this bank because it's known nation wide and all over the world.

I am please to inform you about a German Industrialist / Billionaire who commited suicide and died on the 5th of January, 2009 at Blaubeuren in Germany by throwing himself in front of a train near his home town. He was born in Dresden, into a wealthy family.

He was educated as a lawyer and he lived with his wife and kids during his life time because he was a successful business merchandise

He was the world's 36th richest man in the world in 2008 and was the fifth richest man in Germany in 2008 with a Net worth of USD $12.4 Billion. At the end of 2008 Merckle’s investment company, VEM Vermögensverwaltung, faced a liquidity shortage. VEM said in a public statement that it had shored up the equity capital of HeidelbergCement to support the acquisition of British cement maker Hanson using loans backed by shares as collateral. Since the market value of the shares slumped more than 75% in the financial crisis, banks demanded further securities and early redemption on their loans. Merckle made personal guarantees to the banks, also from his private assets by negotiating with the banks he received a bridge loan to keep VEM afloat. In return he had to agree to sell ratiopharm and stakes of HeidelbergCement to pay down debt.

Also in 2008 Merckle had made a speculative investment based on his belief that Volkswagen shares would fall and however, in October 2008, Porsche SE's support of Volkswagen sent shares on the Xetra dax from €210.85 to over €1000 in less than two days (a short squeeze), resulting in losses of a low three-digit million in euros. When the liquidity shortage of VEM became public, media came up with speculations that this was caused by the losses from options on Volkswagen stock. Later it turned out that this was not the case. Neither the amount nor the companies involved were related to the banking negotiations and the following restructuring.

Before the death of Adolf Merckle, he had an account with Credit Suisse AG which he deposited the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Million Euros (€250,000,000.00 Euros) and till date nobody has ask nor claimed that funds in this bank because non of his families / beneficiaries knows anything about this funds in this bank and that was why i deem it fit to contact you today.

I want this huge amount to be claimed by you because i have made all the necessary arrangement to make it a successful deal if only you will comply and be sincere for a better outcome.

I want you to stand as the next of kin to this funds and once you read this message and you are ready for this transaction, i will give you the best guildelines to follow and i assure you that everything will be very authentic so do not panic because i am here to give you a better direction.
