I am contacting you for a very confidential Business despite that I have not met you. Out of Billions of People in this World, I am trusting only you and reason why I am writing you this Business Proposal.
My name is Dowland. I am from Liberia but serving as Expatriate Project Manager with the Oil and Gas Company in Rep of Benin.

Upon receipt of your details, I will proceed and register your name as a contractor and obtained the Certificate. which I will send to you for your file. The key of the transaction is that the fund will be approved on your name and wire to your account. Also note that an ATM CARD will also be procured to withdraw the fund. I will apply for this card.
Be further advised that I am currently in Oversea to negotiate with our Correspondence Bank that will transfer the fund but note that the first Approval of the fund will be issued by our local Bank.
