I am Mr. Williams MacDonald, the Chairman of newly reconstituted Presidential task force on foreign debt verification and payment, Office of the Presidency.
Your name appeared here in my list as one of those foreigners who are being owed by the Federal Government some substantial amount of fund and also some people who claims to be your representatives have tried several times to divert this fund but could not succeed because we ask them to call you direct on your telephone for us to speak with you and ask you some relevant question
