Dear Sir / Madam
I am Dr.Osagie Okunbor, the present Chairman and contract award head for
shell petroleum with Offshore branch Uk, I am contacting you in respect to
a business relationship for a transfer of over invoice amount of
Euro17.5MILLION.
This fund is an over invoice from the contract did by most foreign
contractor through my office in the year 2016, all contractor has been
paid left with the above over invoice sum, which is in the treasury
account awaiting transfer to the beneficiary contractor, with my position
with shell petroleum , I am not allowed to have such fund in my custody
