I am Mrs. Grace Emmanuel, a Widow, I am a Nationality of France but I live in
one of the France Colonies country called Cote D'Ivoire, where my late husband
Mr. Wenzl Emmanuel was working with PETROCI OIL COMPANY before his Death in
the year 2009.
I am a noble woman, who loves to care for the poor people around the world,
more especially the Widows, Orphans and handicaps. As a benevolent woman
