Subject: RT 7.2N default zwgc.desc

I think that the decision to display the recipient in all zephyr
messages is a bad one.

The only problem that it solves is distinguishing between personal
messages and messages sent to an instance. I'd say that people who
want to subscribe to enough instances that this will be confusing
should know how to modify their zwgc.desc appropriately.

If the intent is to prevent confusion about messages sent to
message, personal,*, then I'd say that messages sent to that triplet
should be displayed specially by the zwgc.desc, but that other
messages should not have the To: field. In the vast majority of
cases, it's a waste of space that isn't going to provide any useful
information.

I don't recall seeing any discussion of this in any public forum (e.g.
athena-ws), and since the vast majority of Athena users are going to
notice it when we update to 7.2, I think it should have been discussed
more extensively.
