I am Frank Williams. working in the Disk department of Central bank.I
got your file today when the central bank where on the routing check
of out standing payment and why the transfer has not been effected but
it was discovered that you are among the persons there payment is
still retain in our volt.
In the course of finding the reasons it was confirmed that your Disk
has error and always fail to effect transfer to your nominated
