However, the present Head of States GENERAL MUHAMMAD BUHARI issued an expressed approval and authorization after the report of findings and the
consensus agreement reached during the joint session with the aforementioned office resident representative. The president (Mohammadu Buhari) has sworn to repay all scammed victims.
