It's hard to believe that it's been five years to the day since Howard Zinn=
passed on.
It's equally hard to not to wonder what he would have had to say about so m=
any events that have taken place - particularly social movements that have =
emerged in the last five years. What would Zinn have said about the Occupy =
movement(s)? About #BlackLivesMatter or Syriza's victory in Greece?
We'll never know. But we do know that Howard Zinn wanted Truthout to go on =
covering stories like that - and we have. We do it literally every day and =
we plan to go on doing it.
