I am=C2=A0 Bernard Otti a Manger with=C2=A0 Eco bank deplomtic Security Com=
pany . An oil merchandise and contractor=C2=A0 Eng.=C2=A0 Bhar Horst a Germ=
an=C2=A0 made=C2=A0 Deposited=C2=A0 of 50m million with our Security Compan=
y,Eco bank Diplomtic Security Company years back this money is being loaded=
in a box (consignment ) and at the time of maturity, I sent a letter of cl=
aim to his address but got no response, I then went there personally to kno=
w why there was no response to my letter which I found out that Eng.=C2=A0 =
Bhar Horst dead of cancer two years ago, I tried to locate Eng. Bhar Horst =
family but was told that Eng. Bhar Horst family left the country immediatel=
y after his death. Now if nobody come up as Eng. Bhar Horst=C2=A0 next of k=
in for the claim of the deposited money which was loaded in a box ( consign=
ment) then the problem now is that at this beginning=C2=A0 of the year, the=
deposited box consignment=C2=A0 will be transfer to Government purse for c=
onfiscation=C2=A0 as unclaimed money because every unclaimed consignment th=
at is up to three to four years must be confiscated and transfer to Governm=
ent purse as unclaimed consignment but I will not want such to happen becau=
se Eng. Bhar Horst was a very good friend. I am contacting you to stand as =
Eng.Bhar Horst=C2=A0 next of kin so I can move the consignment to you as th=
e next of kin to Eng. Bhar Horst for us to share at 60% for me and 40% for =
you. If you will be interested let me know so I can tell what next we are t=
o do .
