Dear Beneficiary.

cate either of you was unsuccessful. Last week, a lady by the name Mrs,Patr=
icia Gates came to my office with a power of attorney supposedly from you, =
claiming that you instructed that the funds should be transferred to a bank=
account located in Switzerland,and sHe claims to be your next of kin, is t=
he above named person your next of kin? Are you dead or alive?If you are al=
ive respond to us if not we will have no option than to assume the above pe=
rson as your next of kin and have this fund transferred to her as all our e=
mails to you failed to receive a response.
The payment has being confirmed to be transferred into Mrs Patricia Gates S=
wiss bank account, but I want to make sure that you are the one who sent Mr=
s Patricia Gates with the power of attorney to transfer the money to her ow=
n bank account in Switzerland.If there is no response from you, we shall go=
ahead and effect the transfer to the Beneficiary's Swiss bank account, bec=
ause she has completed all the transfer statutory obligations.
