Dear
I am Mr. Bernard Otti. The Newly Appointed Group Executive Director of=
Finance And Account Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). I=
have decided to solicit for your assistance in the transfer of the su=
m of (US$48,25,000.00) Forty Eight Million Twenty Five thousand recove=
red from some over-invoiced contracts, involving the Nigerian Nationa=
l Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) into several private account in Europe =
and United States. A total sum of US$180,22,000.00 has been transferre=
d previously out of (US$245 Million) before the emergence of the Admin=
istration of Dr. Good luck Jonathan as the President and Commander in=
Chief Of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic Of Nigeria which I =
now have liberty to transfer following the failure of my predecessors =
to complete the transfer before they bowed out of office.
I have made proper arrangement/documentation to transfer the balance o=
f (US$48,25,000.00). Which is retained in a coded account of the NNPC =
with a Bank here in Nigeria. I am soliciting that you help me to recei=
ve the fund in trust. I cannot complete this transaction smoothly with=
out the participation of a foreign partner who would stand as a sub-co=
ntractor and provide an account where the funds could be lodged Since =
it is a contract payment. The requirements for the movement of these=
funds out of Nigeria previously was that a Foreigner was involved as =
a sub Contractor and so i solicit for your assistance to enable us suc=
ceed with this balance as it were right now.Take note people in such p=
osition as I am are not permitted by the Nigerian Civil Service law to=
own or operate foreign accounts while still in service. The remittanc=
e of the funds requires documentation that would be completed as soon =
as you provide your information where you wish to have this fund remit=
ted to as a contractor Hitherto with the NNPC.
There is no risk involved on your part in this transaction since I hav=
e positioned this transaction with adequate contract and external cred=
it as a sub-contract from the beginning. What I require from you now b=
y email are viz: (i) A reliable Bank Account (Presumably An Empty Bank=
Account, If Available). (ii) The name of beneficiary of the account =
(i.e. personal or company's account. (iii) Name and address of company=
that stands as funds beneficiary. (iv) Private tel/mobile phone numbe=
r and finally your Personal Identification which will be attached in y=
our claim file.
COULD YOU KINDLY TELL ME WHAT PERCENTAGE (%) OF THIS MONEY (US$48,25,0=
00.00) YOU WOULD LIKE TO TAKE AFTER THE TRANSFER TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT?=
