Compliments of the season to you; I do sincerely apologize for intruding into your private life, However I have a serious project which I believe would be of Interest to you for this reason,I cannot but reach out to you.
I am Barrister Kim Chai, personal Attorney to Mr.Donald White who died with his immediate family in the December 26, 2004 Tsunami at Patong Beach in Phuket Thailand. Since the death of Mr.Donald Whait and his family in December 2004, I have written several letters to their embassy with an intent to locate any of his extended relatives whom shall be claimants/next of kin to his abandoned personal estate and all such efforts have been to no avail. Since it is not compulsory that the Next-of-Kin must be a blood relation to the deceased, hence I contacted you to present you to the Bank where the deceased (my client) had a Huge amount of funds deposit before his death. Note that a Next-of-Kin could be anybody, Friends, Church, School or Organizations etc.
Presently, the Bank where my late client had a Deposit valued at US$16, 800, 000.00 (Sixteen Million, Eight Hundred Thousand US Dollars) issued me a notice to provide the Next-of-Kin of my client to claim the funds or have the Funds confiscated, so I have contacted you to assist me in repatriating this Funds left behind by my client before they get confiscated by the Bank.
To this effect, I now seek your consent as to present you to the Bank as the Next-of-Kin to my late Client so that the his abandoned deposit of US$16, 800, 000.00 (Sixteen Million Eight Hundred Thousand US Dollars) would be transferred into your bank account as the Next-of-Kin, thereafter you and I can share it; 50% to me, 40% to you, while 10% should be given to any Orphanage Home.
I guarantee that this will be executed under a legitimate arrangement with the Bank authorities that will protect you and I from any breach of the law.
