My name is Mohammed Seyed. I am from Iran; I am married with four children. I am an independent oil Marketer and most of my customers are from Europe and Asia.
The reason why i am contacting you is to seek your hands in helping me collect payments from my customers from the previous sales i made before the international sanction on Iran takes effects.As you must have heard or known, for the past 3 years, Iran has been under international sanctions on exportation of it oil and that has led to the closure of money coming in or going out of the country. I have decided to offer an incentive of 10% to this offer and you will be in charge of the money until i need it. Remember Parts of your job will also be to send payments on my behalf to business partners such as payment to the Oil tanker/ship that are working for me since i cannot transfer from here.For security purpose i plead that you don't expose me even if you are not interested .There is no risk of any sort involved as this is just for collection purpose, which I and my customers had mutually agreed.
Upon receiving your reply, I will arrange with you so that we can chat online and familiarized our self and asked questions that we might like to ask.
