Dear Friend,
My name is Lt-Col Tadeu Agostinho Dos Santos Hikatala (Rtd); I am an Angolan citizen residing in London, UK. I got your information in my quest for a reliable person whom I feel will be able to manage a business proposal I have with me.
Detail information:
I was the personal assistant and Chief Security Detail to the current Angolan president, His Excellency President Eduardo dos Santos of Angola. There was an in-house deal between the president and some foreign crude oil expatriate worth US$2.5 Billion (TWO BILLION FIVE HUNDRED MILLION UNITED STATES DOLLARS) but along the way after the completion of the deal the opposition party got wind of it; with the little information they had, they file charges of corruption against the president, and if they win, the president will be forced to step down. So for this reason the president was now looking for a fall-guy to take the blame. This is where I came in. I was promised 10% of the amount [US$250,000,000.00 (TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY MILLION UNITED STATE DOLLARS)] if my name and signature is inserted on the contract file and that of the president removed so as to free the president of the allegation. I was also promised an escape chance before the law enforcement will arrive.
To cut down on the details, I was smuggled into the London U.K and I have been here since 18 months.
The problem I am having now, which is the reason why I sort your assistance is because of my share of the money US$250,000,000.00 (TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY
MILLION UNITED STATE DOLLARS). Because of the security alert on me, my home bank accounts were frozen so the president had no choice but to deposit this money with the American Express Bank, New York. This fund was deposited in an open beneficiary (which means that anyone with the right deposit code number and password can claim the fund). But because of the bi-lateral agreement between United States of America and Angola, I will not be allowed entry into USA and so I need someone (with no link with me) to assist me in getting this fund.
My proposition:
I want you to assist me in laying claim on this fund, I have the deposit code number and the password and I will give them to you as soon as we are clear on the matter. I will also give you 20% (US$50,000,000.00; FIFTY MILLION UNITED STATES DOLLARS) and the rest belongs to me.
If this is acceptable to you, please get back to me immediately. If I do not get response within 72 hours I will have no choice but to assume you are not interested and then be free to seek same assistance elsewhere.
