Hi
I'm Jason Zachariades. I'm a software engineer. I and my partner have devel=
oped a cross platform security application that is mostly targeted to suppo=
rt the electronic backbone of financial institutions, forex trading systems=
and social network servers (We've ran test integration with facebook, link=
edin, tweeter and myspace. And can be integrated with most existing anti-vi=
rus which can be bundled and marketed to common end users.
My partner George has proven to be very unreliable this past year. We broke=
down the complete solution into individual modules to raise funds last yea=
r. And two modules where sold separately to some online hosting security co=
mpany for $450,000 one-off licensing which is actually still a beta-version=
=2E I'm trying to work out this deal with new investors, but George can't s=
ee the big picture with me. I'm letting him go - so he will have only modul=
es that he scripted himself and do as he pleases.
Though we are both young, but I have my focus in the future potential of th=
is project; while he thinks its just about now and selling cheap; he never =
taught we could go this far as he'd almost agreed to sell the beta version =
for petty $20,000 which was the first offer we got before spoke to the host=
ing company. I will rather work with a partner that sees the same vision wi=
th me; probably someone that's not a techy; but business minded. And I thin=
k there might be an opportunity to benefit for you and me seeing that you m=
ust have some good business management experience.
We are at the point of making a real breakthrough in closing this deal and =
now is not the time for mis-steps. I have put so much of myself into this a=
nd we are now at the finish line. Unfortunately, I really think my partner =
has the potential to stand in the way of this. The investors have also indi=
cated that they no longer wish to conclude this deal with George, my partne=
r involved. I was at a crossroads but I believe I have a solution that will=
be lucrative to both of us. I'm shopping around for a suitable; more matur=
ed partner that can handle simple business transactions while I focus on wr=
iting codes.
I'm currently bound under a no compete clause in our companies partnership =
agreement which means that I can be liable for taking action that is in dir=
ect competition to our company. I have discussed this with the investors an=
d they would like to proceed to concluding this deal with me. I need a non =
related, arms length third party that I can trust to step in and make the d=
eal between our development company and the investors. This would require y=
ou to register a company to keep things professional and in line. This will=
not however require any investment on your behalf as I have a debt consoli=
dation loan arranged with the bank through my investors. We are selling the=
finished version of the software for Two and half million dollars and will=
be leasing to a company in Canada for $50 a license to start with. This ma=
y not seem like a lot but with 1670 licenses that is $83,500 per month and =
around a million annual revenue from this one company alone. This will be r=
esidual income and will only continue to grow as we shop the product to add=
itional companies. I am willing to arrange a contract with you for a percen=
tage of the residual revenues should you be interested.
My first instinct was to do this through one of my relatives however with G=
eorge so intertwined with my circle of friends and relatives, I really need=
a true arms length third party to make this work. I will be with you every=
step of the way to make sure this goes smooth. Consider it and let me know=
=2E I'm very excited to make this work.
Regards
Jason
