No More Endless War

t r u t h o u t | In 2007, I co-authored the book "Betraying Our Troops: The Destructive Results of Privatizing War," about the role of corrupt war contractors in enabling the Iraq War.
I found that a new War Service Industry had arisen. Unlike the better known Military Industrial Complex, this service industry needs a hot war or occupation to survive.
So what do we do to stop this legacy of the Iraq War in the form of contractors who promote endless war? Expose and educate. Truthout needs to relentlessly investigate and publish the actions of this War Service Industry and any other influences that could drag us into another senseless war of choice.
