e: The lack of coverage of the U.S. Senate's opposition to the "chained CPI=
" cut to Social Security.
There's a reason the corporate-owned media don't want to acknowledge this a=
s news. As Baker writes, "Most of the elite media have made it clear in bot=
h their opinion and news pages that they want to see benefits cut."
