In Italy, a massive media conglomerate seduced the public with infotainment for decades - to the point that it elected a media business mogul, Silvio Berlusconi, as its president. Berlusconi proceeded to radically reshape regulations, catering to the corporate interests he holds dear. <strong>Schell warns that the US is in for the same fate, if Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation has its way.</strong>
