He has over 25 years of executive experience leading planning, leadership, and change efforts in the U.S., Canada, and globally.
Canada -Jim McKinlay is based in Canmore, Alberta and heads the Centre’s Canadian practice as Managing Partner, with over 25 years’ experience as a
executive consultant and trainer. He has strong skills in strategic planning, change management, HR management, and leadership development.
Jim was a senior leadership consultant for the Ontario government, Executive Director of Staff Development for the Saskatchewan government,
and a senior internal consultant for Canada’s largest investor-owned utility. Jim has a master’s degree in HRD.
